If product is damaged we will happily switch out the product. Email us at email@example.com. In the email please include pictures of the damaged product in its original
packaging, (lashes should not be tampered with at all on tray.) Order number, and shipping address.
If item is incorrect, no problem we will send the correct pair at no additional charge. All issues MUST be resolved within 7 days of original delivery.
Returns are not accepted, unless it falls under the damaged or incorrect items rule.
Divine Hair X Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, if item has been delivered to address given. Lost items should be taken up with your local US Postal Service office. There are absolutely NO returns on units and/or Virgin Hair Extensions, unless you may have received the wrong items.
